…that, while the election of 2016 (and likely 2020) signaled some dark times for the country, this is nothing more than White Male Supremacy's Last Stand. It's angry, desperate and wholly unpopular. Those of us who rail against it should simply stay the course and avoid sabotaging ourselves with infighting.

…that living your life at full throttle is a daily thing. Those goals you set for the week, month or year are awesome but it is in the trenches of that first hour awake that defines your potential.

…that I understand the difference between racism and colorism but it sure seems hard to get it across to anyone without a liberal arts degree who uses the "ism" suffix like CNN uses "-gate" at the end of every political scandal.

…that between Huffington Post and McSweeney's lies that place where you have to wipe the smug sauce of precious intellectualism off of your face like a post-bukkake clean-up.
