Notes from the Post-it Wall | Week of March 22, 2020

By David Himmel

• Day sex, like day drinking is much more enjoyable than their evening counterparts. If you can extend both day sex and day drinking into the evening, all the better.

• You want the answer to Nurture vs. Nature? My two-year-old son laughs at farts. He was not taught that farts are funny. That’s Nature for the win.

• Memes might be our saving grace during this quarantine.

• It’s foolish to predict history, but if I must, here goes: History will show that this quarantine led to a major baby boom, divorce boom, and murder-suicide boom.

• Being unable to be with friends and family throughout this quarantine is forcing your parents to finally get a hang of FaceTime. Except for my mom. She will never get the hang of proper framing. Her grandson will only recognize her by her forehead.

• My son, like so many other two-year-olds, loves ambulances and firetrucks. To occupy him, I’ll sometimes let him watch 9/11 news reports on YouTube.
