I Believe… [Corporate Culture]

...that the difference between tolerating something and embracing it is the contrast between a window and an open door. You can only stare out a window but an open door is an invitation to someplace brand new.

...that if you cease to see your life as a narration it’ll still unfold. It’s just so much fun living life as a book.

…that the overall culture of any organization does not come from the top down but from how those on the bottom are treated. If the janitors feel valued, well compensated, and respected, the bathrooms will shine.

...that control—of your life, of your relationships, your home, your job, your choices to open or close yourself off—is an illusion. True freedom is recognizing you aren’t really in control of anything but your reactions and working to manage them. Everything else is chaos. Ask the folks in Florida, they’ll tell you.

...that recognizing old patterns of behavior that suck the life out of you is only the first step. The second, more important step is to break those patterns and create new ones that benefit you as well as those around you.
