I Believe… [Haircut Reboot]

...that a twelve-hour solo roadtrip is a salve for the mind and a beating for the body.

...that a haircut is a low rent reboot of the self.

...that I exercise these days so I don’t have to take a pharmacological version of a spice rack of pills when I’m 80.

...that it’s easy to get locked into a place and become a fish in a bowl. Traveling to a place opposite in every way reveals there is no bowl.

...that being busy and hard work sets a plateau to earn rest. A constant state of relaxation is the platter that holds stagnation.
