I Believe… [“Tell Your Truth” To Avoid “Telling THE Truth”]

…that using external forces (the government, the social media megaphone, cancel culture) to require good Samaritanism invalidates the individual growth needed to become a good Samaritan.

…that the image of our president, having just eaten so much shitty fast food that he needs to flush the White House toilet ten to fifteen times to wash his dank, greasy turds down, is just more than I ever wanted to visualize about any human being.

…that “telling your truth” is merely giving your opinion with the safeguard of eliminating any challenge to it.

…that there is a disconnect between the insistence that America is brutally broken as an idea and societal experiment and the fact that nearly 20 percent of immigrants are risking everything to live in America.

…that there is no merit in propping up The Feminine Experience, The Black Experience, The Jewish Experience, or any other tribal experience as each of us experiences the world on a personal and wholly subjective level. Talk to me about The Bob Johnson Experience and at least you’re being honest (unless you aren’t Bob Johnson).
