Why Are People So Mean?

Former President Donald Trump yesterday posted this query on Truth Social. Posting on Truth Social is like whispering in an empty library. Fortunately, people heard about the post because others did screen grabs and put it on Twitter.

It’s a valid question in our current climate of cancel culture and being all woke. Even a former president isn’t safe from people saying mean things about him. People like the FBI, the Department of Justice, and, well, just many government and law enforcement officials, including archivists.

Leave Donald alone!

Have you ever had agents go through your stuff?

Have you ever had only people like Don Jr, Matt Gaetz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lindsey Graham, and Jim Jordan be the only people coming to your defense? You know, sex offenders and idiots and idiot sex offenders?

Former presidents have feelings, too! This is a man who considered putting his own face on money. This is a man who investigated being added to Mount Rushmore. He was simply doing what the people want from a great president - merch!

It wasn’t all about him. He gave the Congressional Medal of Freedom to Miriam Adelson, the wife of his largest campaign donor. He also gave it to Rush Limbaugh, Jim Jordan, and Devin Nunes – a large mouth and select congresspeople who very vocally supported Trump and stood up for him against people who wanted to do things like impeach him and stuff. In other words, MEAN PEOPLE!

Why are people so mean, Former President Trump?

Because they are petty and jealous and like to pick on people’s faults, like lawbreaking. Thank you for the wake-up call. We’ll try to be better. I mean, like Melania says, Be Best.
