• One benefit of Covid reducing your sense of smell is that the stench from the skunk that sprayed my dog the other night doesn’t bother me as much as it otherwise might have.
• My wife wants me to be more assertive in bed. So, I’ve started pushing her over while she’s asleep to claim my fair share of the bed.
• Remember when Britney Spears had that comeback in 2007 and on the VMAs gave that uninspired, sleepy performance of “Gimme More?” Yeah, that song is fucking terrible. Britney deserved better.
• You don’t realize how complicated the English language is until you help your kid learn to read. Silent letters? Go fuck yourself.
• Some people enjoy the smell of fresh coffee being brewed to wake them up. Me? I like the CTA train car’s sweaty pee-pee smell.
